Sometimes, e-shows are created by a team. For example, a different person may be responsible for creating each section of an e-show. Alive e-Show makes this easy by encoding your media clips to RealMedia and saving them with the e-show. This allows everyone working on the e-show to preview or publish without error.
Unless others have direct access to the original media clips, they will not be able to re-record portions of the clip. However, even if they do not have access, they will be able to set transition times, add closed captions, publish the e-show, and create new sections.
When the media clips are encoded and saved is up to you. You can do this every time you save the e-show or when you publish or preview it. By default, the media clips are saved during publishing or previewing process.
